Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window:

• 30 days from delivery date
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

Eligible Returns:

• Defective or damaged products
• Wrong item shipped
• Unopened food/treats (for safety)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened food/treats (health safety)
• Personalized/custom items
• Digital downloads
• Items damaged by misuse

Return Process:

1. Contact us at INFO@sanctumpawsandfangs.com within 30 days
2. Receive return authorization number
3. Ship item back with authorization number
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Method:

• Original payment method
• Shipping costs not refunded (unless our error)
• Restocking fee may apply to large items and based on the supplier's policy

Exchanges:

• Available for defective items only
• Size/color exchanges subject to availability

Donations:

• All donations are final and non-refundable
• Tax receipts provided for qualifying donations

**Damage/Wrong Item Claims:**
- Must be reported within 3 calendar days from delivery
- Include photos of damage/wrong item
- We will arrange replacement or refund

**General Returns:**
