Your choice between 6oz or 12oz packs.

Due to different needs of the varying sizes of beasts we cater to, we now have a cut version of the beef backstrap more closely sized to the beef tendon for easy packing and convenient portion control plus a longer version for our more voracious beasts!

Beef backstrap are similar to tendons and are a collagen rich protein that may increase skin elasticity, durability, reduce signs of aging skin, and fortify cell metabolism.
